The St. Louis Cathedral is one of New Orleans' most notable landmarks. It has been said to be the heart of old New Orleans. It is also the oldest Catholic cathedral still in use in the United States. It faces the Mississippi River and over looks Jackson Square.
This framed original is painted on a gallery wrapped canvas with heavy body acrylics. I have also used silver paint in the steeples of the Cathedral - Basilica of St. Louis King of France.
